Each time one of our Technicians services your pool, or does any kind of work in your backyard, you will receive a GPS Locator stamp showing exactly where they clocked in at and what time.
You can rest easy knowing when your Pool Technician checked in and exactly where he was at.
EMAILED REPORT
Every week you will receive a detailed email showing which chemicals were used and added, the services that we're performed, and the readings of your pool such as pH, Chlorine, Alkalinity and more.
It also includes what parts of your pool were cleaned, if the Technician vacuumed, brushed, emptied the baskets, backwashed, netted your pool and much more.
RECEPTIONIST
Yep, we have an actual live receptionist in the office that is there to answer your calls!
Our Office Manager is available from 8am till 4pm Mon - Thurs
We like to go home a little early on Friday... (Don't we all!) Our hours on Friday are from 8am till 2pm
